Did you know we have another business that is part of our Core Family? It is called Core Health & Wellness. We’ve been organized as a business since September 2010. Our mission is to provide health education and wellness programs at a corporate level. We’ve been very successful bringing our message of health and wellbeing to a number of Valley firms. We now find that we are ready to grow a bit more and are looking to make additional corporate connections.
Our wellness philosphies in the corporate arena are similar to those you are a part of with CoreCrossFit. We value the individual, while at the same time leverage the group to increase the likelihood of success through motivatation, encouragment and support. We believe our programs must be LIVABLE and that proper nutrition and physical activity are achieved through long-term lifestyle change with programs that are simple to understand, effective, functional and FUN!
Basically, we took our fitness and nutrition programs “on the road.” We grew our team by adding nutrition experts, health/life coaches, business development staff and established relationships with other health and wellness organizations to bring expertise where needed. Then we developed new programs that encompass a broad variety of topics such as:

- The Power of a Positive Attitude
- Lifestyle Change
- Using Goal Setting to Influence Change
- Fat Loss/Weight Control
- Work-site Group Exercise Facilitation
- Body Mechanics for Office and Production Workers
- Tips for Beginning and Sticking with a Fitness Program
- Injury Prevention Strategies

How can you help? We are looking for additional partnerships with like-minded organizations. By now, most of you are very familiar with Core’s values, programs and our staff. If you feel we would be a “good fit” for your organization we would welcome an introduction to right individual so that we may introduce our programs.
