    Pull ups 4 sets of 5 reps

    Then 10 min Snatch work

    3 sets for max reps of;

    -60 seconds of Hang Power Clean

    -60 seconds of Front Squat

    -60 seconds of Push Press

    -60 seconds Rest

     

    Level 2

     

    3×10 Press

    Then

    3 rounds of:

    10 Pull ups

    10 Bench press (135/95)

    10 Back extensions

     

    Strength

    Ready your breakfast and eat hearty.

     

    Competition

    Same as strength.
