    Level 1

    Front squat 4 x 5

    Then

    10 min Snatch practice

    Then

    KB long cycle (5 min of consecutive 2 hand kb clean and jerk, if you put them down during the 5 minutes, your score is zero.  even if you have to stop moving, do not put them down)

     

    Level 2

    Clean and Jerk 4×3

    x3 Box jumps

    Then

    4 rounds for max reps

    1 minute Wall balls

    1 minute Deadlifts (185/115)

     

    Competition

    Mobilization, active recovery, and stretch.
