    Snatch x 1.1.1

    24 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

    Interesting article- I have a colleague who published a paper entitled “Ibuprofen and acetaminophen promote muscle hypertrophy and strength gains during resistance exercise in the elderly”. I’d guess that an over-the-counter drug wouldn’t be able to do much to counteract the stress that running ultra marathons puts on the body
