    Level I

    Bench Press 4 sets x 2 reps

    Rope Climbs

    Then 5 rounds for time:

    Dumbbell push press x 5 reps

    Dumbbell walking lunges x 10 (using the same dumbbells)

    Level II

    3 Rounds:
    2 Minute row for calories
    1 Minute rest
    2 Minute max sit ups
    1 Minute rest
    2 Minute max push ups
    1 Minute rest
