Tag Team FGB
Partner 1 Does 1 min Wall Ball, when 1 Min is up, partner 2 starts SDHP, when minute is up partner 1 starts box jumps and so on. When the second round starts partner 2 will start on wall ball.
Fight Gone Bad
Make sure to sign up for FGB. Here’s a video of Ben Lunak, he’s a local guy from CF Southwest. Bryon and I were both members at CF southwest before we came to Core. Ben is a friend of ours. The first time I met Ben we were doing Murph ( 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run). He added 400 sit ups to the workout. I was so impressed by him and how hard he works. He’ll never give an excuse for coming up short of his goals, he simply works harder. He’s had to persevere through some tough times.
