    LEVEL 2

    Front Squat 4 Sets X 3 Reps

    Then

    10 Minute AMRAP

    10 KB Swings (53#/35#)

    10 Supine Ring Rows

    10 True Push Ups

     

    STRENGTH

    Take the day off

    Article-> Clean and Jerk 454lbs
