    Then 10 Min Handstand or handstand progression practice

    Then

    10 Min Unbroken KB Swing, when you have to put the KB down, go for a 300m stroll.

     

    LEVEL 2

    Front Squat

    4 Sets X 3 Reps

    Then

    10 Min Of  Work

    10 Min Unbroken KB Swing, when you have to put the KB down, go for a 300m stroll.  Score is number of KB swings.  Challenge yourself, when you feel you can’t do anymore, do 5 more for Tom!  Make me proud and swing the heavy KB!

     

    STRENGTH

    Snatch – 75% x 2, 80%x 1, 83% x 1, 85% x 1, 83% x 1, 80% x 1

    Clean & Jerk – 75% x 2, 80%x 1, 83% x 1, 85% x 1, 83% x 1, 80% x 1

    RDL –  4 x 8, yes Andi Panda, this time we’ll actually do these unless I change my mind.  Remember the blog will be 100% correct, 85% of the time.
