    Then

    Complete as Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 5 Minutes Of:

    5 Pull-Ups

    10 Push Ups

    15 Air Squats

    Rest exactly 3 minutes, and then,

    Complete As Many Rounds and Reps As Possible in 5 minutes of:

    10 Sit-Ups

    20 Mountain Climbers (each step is one rep)

    LEVEL 2

    Snatch 5 Sets X 2 Reps

    Then

    15 Min AMRAP

    100m Row

    10 Box Jumps

    5 Burpee Pull Ups

     

    STRENGTH

    Jerk 70% x 3 x 5
    Push Press 75% x 5 x 2, 80% x 4 x 2
    3 sets no rest, 400 m row to 10 x 1 arm KB clean to press (then switch arms)
