    Deadlift 4 Sets X 5 Reps

    DB Shoulder Press X 8 Reps

    1 Min DU’s; Rest while your partner goes

     

    LEVEL 2

    6 Sets – Go as heavy as you can- Don’t ask if there’s a squat in a clean or R will sock you in the chops!

    1 Deadlift + 1 Clean + 3 Front Squats
