    16 Total Rounds (8 Each Partner)

    3 Power Clean (Pick a heavy weight, make sure the clean looks like a clean, don’t load the bar up with so much weight that it pulls you out of position)

    Sprint 200m

    Partner 1 performs the cleans and the sprint, when they get back from the run then partner 2 goes.
