    LEVEL 1

    Back Squat 4 Sets X 5 Reps

    Then

    10 Min Rope Climb Work

    Then

    3 Rounds

    Shuttle Run

    LEVEL 2

    5 Rounds

    12 Box Jumps

    9 Clapping Push Ups

    6 Squat Cleans (135#/95#)

     

    STREMF

    Test 1 RM Clean
    Test 1 RM Rack Jerk

    The “Lessons” post would be the perfect little bit of reading for every new CrossFitter, and the perfect monthly attitude tune-up for those of us who have been coming to Core since the dawn of time.
