    Pull Ups 4 Sets X 5 Reps

    Then

    Rope Climbs

    Then

    3 Rounds-1 Min At Each Station

    Tire Flips

    Tire Hits

    10 Yard Run Forward, Then 10 Yard Back Pedal

    Rest 2 Mins and then do it again

    LEVEL 2

    We’re going to do some rope climbing

    Then

    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
    Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 5 reps (35 lbs)
    Pull-Ups x 10 reps
    Kettlebell Swing x 15 reps (32 kg)

    Article-> It All Started With A HandFul Of Chips

    Strength

    Clean 70% x 4 x 3

    Clean Pull 85% (of clean) x 5 x 3

    Front Squat 75% x 4 x 3

    Then 6 sets, no rest, 5 pull ups, 5 push ups, 5 heavy kb swings

    COMPETITION

    A.
    In 10-15 minutes, build to a heavy Behind the Neck Jerk

    B.
    Four sets of:
    Stationary Dips x 20 reps
    (please note if performed unbroken)
    Rest 45 seconds
    Deadlift x 7 reps @ 75% of 3-RM
    Rest 45 seconds

    C.
    Three sets of:
    Row 500 Meters
    50 Double-Unders
    20 Pull-Ups
    Rest 3 minutes
