    3 Heavy Jerks

    10 Kipping Pull Ups-Do jumping pull ups if it’s going to take you longer than 15 seconds to get through these- he goal is to move fast throughout this whole workout

    150m Row- High Effort

    Rest 4 Mins-Be productive and use this time to work on mobility-Use a foam roller or lacrosse ball
