We’ll be starting a new strength class on Monday April 9th. We’ll have two classes, Mon., Tues., Wed. and Thurs. from 4:00-5:30pm and from 5:30-7:00pm and Sat. sprints at 7am. This class will run 8 weeks. Workouts will look like this
Snatch – 90% x 1 x 3
Clean & jerk – 90% x 1 x 3
Pause Back Squat (3 sec pause in bottom) – 2RM
Stiff-Legged Deadlift – 3 x 6
We’ll do some conditioning with this group. We’ll push the sled and do some kb work. Every Saturday will be sprints. The weather is perfect for sprints and nothing gets you lean and explosive like a few of Adrian’s sprint workouts. Cost for this will be $100. We’re going to only have 10 people per class, if you’re interested email Ai@corecrossfit.com to pay and get signed up.
