We need you to help us spread the word. Core Therapies has been open for business for one month! We are officially contracted with all Blue Cross Plans and close to completing the administrative process with Medicare and United Healthcare (Pacificare, Secure Horizons, Golden Rule). We can also treat any patient whose insurance plan allows the patient to use “out of network benefits,” for example, Cigna, Aetna, Healthnet, Humana and AZ Foundation. Any other insurance plan can be contacted to see if there is out of network benefits for the individual. We also treat all self-pay patients – obviously no prescription or referral is required.
Maya has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. She is skilled in treating sprains, strains, tendinitis, joint pain, arthritis, back/neck pain, post-surgical rehab, rotator cuff injuries, patellofemoral pain, impingement and joint subluxation/dislocation. She has a passion for sports-related treatment, but she also treats all age groups including children.
