    We will have one workout today at 9AM.

    “FIGHT GONE BAD!”

    Three rounds of:
    Wallball shots, 20lb ball, 10′ target (reps)
    Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75lb (reps)
    Box Jump, 20″ box (reps)
    Push-press, 75lb (reps)
    Row (calories)

    In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    My workout was a hike up Mt Charleston here in Las Vegas. 8500ft will kick your butt :)

    Everybody did great and had some practice for FGB4 on Sept 26th. There is a signup at the gym. Only 20 people can go at a time and everybody must have somebody to score for them (we can help with this). The sign up times will be at 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 8:30am and 9am will be open we will run as many sessions as needed to get everyone in.
