Are you curious about all of the new faces and the spinning, yoga and Pilates classes taking place in the back rooms? Well now is your chance to get the scoop first hand! Bring your workout clothes and join the Just Breathe team of instructors for 15 minute introductory spinning, yoga and Pilates classes this Sunday from 1:00 – 4:00. Demonstration sessions will be offered every 15 minutes beginning at 1:15. All CoreCrossFit attendees will receive a two-week trial pass for all Just Breathe programs offered at the CoreCrossFit location.
