Litvinov Sprints
Front squat 8 reps, the weight should be challenging. Then immediately row 45 sec and cover as many meters as possible. Rest 3-5 mins and repeat for 4 rounds. Post weight used for front squat and meters rowed for each round.
I was introduced to these by my friends Ken and Matt at CrossFit Southwest. Intense is the first word that comes to mind. Yesterdays workout wasn’t too challenging in order for you guys to push as hard as you can today! I look forward to seeing you guys a little later!

-Arnold Bennett
Man these really hurt! Here’s a few pictures of what people looked like during their recovery. It’s amazing how motivating a few words from a fellow CrossFitter can do when the voices in your head and your body are screaming, “SLOW DOWN!”
