8:30 4 Egg whites and 1 Egg yolk, with red and green peppers, and almonds.
12:00 Protein Shake.
3:30 Grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and carrots with almonds.
6:00 Small apple.
9:00 Lean grilled beef with steamed broccoli and carrots with almonds.
I started doing 60 minutes of cardio in the mornings before work this week so my sleep has been cut short. I got 6 hours of sleep but I actually felt fine all day. My energy was good, probably due to the A.M. cardio. I don't feel hungry throughout the day. Since I've been on this diet and routine for a few months my body has gotten used to it, so if I go more than 3 1/2 hours without food I turn into Mr. Hyde. This was a big week for me. I'm down more than 50 pounds since I started CF 12 weeks ago. Big thanks to everyone at Core CrossFit(fellow Crossfitters included) I couldn't have done this on my own! You guys rock!
