I'm so glad I was able to workout with you all while I was in town for business last week. It was certainly the highlight of the trip. You are a great crew and I got three awesome workouts in. Stop in CrossFit Albuquerque whenever you are in town.
6:15 Two scrambled whole eggs and two eggs whites with 7 shrimp and a handfull of almonds with green tea
8:30 handfull of almonds
10:30 12 shrimp tossed in olive oil with a cut up avocado half, one roma tomato, jalapeno and a squeeze of lime, and more green tea
2:00 More almonds
6:30 Ground turkey with onion, jalapeno, serranno, red and orange peppers
8:30 Another few bites of the leftover turkey from earlier
I drank water through out the day. I got nearly nine hours of sleep because I'm still making up for rest that I didn't get over the weekend so I've been tired. I think I need to eat more or something because I feel hungry too often.

You do need to eat more. Have protein, carbs, and fats with every meal and snack unless it’s breakfast and post workout. You shouldn’t be eating almonds by themselves. You shouldn’t feel hungry all the time either. If you’re not sure how much you should be eating, click the nutrition tab on our site and pull up the Zone link. Read it, if you have questions let me know. I’ll be happy to answer them for you.
