Preston has been busy in his new role as Head Coach, over our Core Performance & Mobility program! He has developed two new courses, Lunchtime Express and Core Camp. Lunchtime Express classes can be used in conjunction with, or as a prelude to, CrossFitting. There is a better explanation below. Core Camp is an expansion of the Boot Camp program that was originally created for our Weight Loss Challenge program. The new classes and updated schedule below will begin the week of October 22, 2012.
With an Unlimited CoreCrossFit membership you may attend any of these classes. We also have a new package available for just Core Camp and Lunchtime Express.
