    Then

    Hang Cleans

    Then

    3 Litvinov Sprints

    6 Front Squats- Pick a challenging weight

    45 Second Row-All out

    Rest 3 Mins

    LEVEL 2

    Front Squat 4 Sets X 5 Reps

    Spend 12 mins and work on power cleans- Don’t go heavy, weight should feel light and fast

    Back Squat 4 Sets X 8 Reps

     

    STRENGTH

    Back Squat 65% x 10 x 3
    Hang Snatch (from knee) 70% x 3 x 5
    Heaving Snatch Balance + OHS 65% (of OHS) x 1 x +2 x 4
