    LEVEL 1

    “Dirty 30″

    30 Box Jump (24′, 20′)

    30 Jumping Pull-Ups

    30 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)

    30 Walking Lunges

    30 Knees to elbows

    30 Push Press (45#/25#)

    30 Wallball (20#/10#)

    30 Burpees

    30 Double Unders or 150 Singles

    Have fun guys!  This is a benchmark workout so make sure you write it down in your log.

     

    LEVEL 2

    Bench Press Max Reps X 3 Sets  (185#, 135#,  or 95#) / (95#, 75#,  or 55#)

    Then

    “DT”

    5 Rounds For Time Of:

    9 Deadlifts

    6 Hang Cleans

    3 Jerks (155#/105#)

    Have fun with this one too! Make sure to write it down.

    STRENGTH

    Back Squat 75% X 3 X 5

    3-Position Clean (mid-thigh, knee, floor)  - 70% x 2 Sets; 75% x 2 Sets

    Snatch Deadlift – 100% (of snatch) x 7 x 4

    Article-> Adjust For The Jerk
