    Partner workout- between you and your partner do- break up the reps anyway you like

    30 Pull Ups

    30 Hang Cleans

    30 DB Push Press

    30 KB Swings

    LEVEL 2

    Snatch- take 20 mins and build up to a heavy single

    Then

    “Air Force”

    For time:

    20 Thrusters

    20 Hang Cleans

    20 Push jerks

    20 Overhead squats

    20 Front squats

    Do four burpees at the beginning of every minute while you’re rolling through this workout. Ya dig?

    Snatch 50% x 3, 60% x 2, 65% x 2 x 2, 70% x 2
    Power Clean 60% x 2 x 2, 70% x 2 x 2
    Jerk 65% x 3 x 2, 70% x 3 x 2
