Partner Work- 20 Min Workout- Partner 1 will work all the odd minutes while partner 2 works all the even minutes. Pick up where your partner left off and get as many rounds and reps as possible. Push yourself and your partner!

You must complete all 100 reps before you move on to the next movement. Push yourself! Get yourself to the point where you mentally start to bargain. Thoughts like I should slow down, I could take it easy should be filling your mind. That’s when you now you’re at the right intensity. You should have nothing left when you’re done!
