    Rope Climb Work

    Then

    500m Row for Time- Make sure to put this on the PR board.  We’ll be doing this again.  If you don’t think one 500m is a workout, you didn’t dig deep enough.  Push yourself!

     

    LEVEL 2

    Push Press 4 Sets X 3 Reps

    Then

    5 Rounds For Reps

    30 Seconds Work /30 Seconds Rest

    Heavy Ass Thruster -Do 135#/95#

    Weighted or Strict Pull Ups

    Burpees

    Volleyball every Thursday night at 4pm for 10 minutes!
