The workout was so much fun this morning! Sorry again Erica, I didn't intentionally sabotage our team but you can't just tell your mom to suck it. :)

Good job today with the 7am WOD! it looked like you guys were having so much fun, that mallory and I decided to join your fun time! see ya'll next saturday at 7am :)

I won't be working out today after all.

We had big happenings in the 'hood at 2am and I haven't really slept since. A drunk driver slammed into an electrical pole around the corner from me. His car caught fire and burned to a crisp. Most of the area is still without electricity. The driver tried to run but was picked up by the Phoenix PD.

You guys got a prowler! Badass, those things rock. I've been trying to design a WOD with one- I was thinking of couplet-ing prowler pushing and pullup pyramids. Have fun with that guys, hope all is well!
