Don’t forget that we have kid’s class on Wed and Sat. Bryon does an excellent job, coaching these little guys and girls. If you know of anyone who wants to get their kids into a summer program, let us know. Imagine how strong and athletic you would be if you started CrossFit at the age of 5.

Replyyeah alanna! last time i did angie was on Jan 2 (notice the date is immediately following the new year’s day celebration that started at 10 am on new years day with bloody mary’s and fried egg sandwiches….paleo can suck it on new years day) anyway, i digress. i was on vacation and did Angie at CrossFit Hollywood at the 8am class. my time was 4-5 minutes slower than usual and i immediately walked next door and had a bloody mary to celebrate not yacking. hope you all enjoyed my Angie anecdote.
