Announcing Kids@Core!
The CoreCrossFit team is pleased to announce our Kids@Core program powered by RootDown Fitness. Kids@Core is designed to help the young athlete better handle physical and emotional challenges by improving confidence and work ethic in a fun and inspiring environment.
Everyone benefits from regular exercise. Kids who are active will have stronger muscles and bones. They’ll have a leaner body, will be less likely to become over-weight or develop many other conditions that plague our youth today. Engaging in a strength and conditioning program constructed specifically for young athletes will help your child develop strength, improve endurance, and flexibility which will build self confidence. Self confidence is an essential building block for a successful life.
Classes are designed to teach and improve key components of physical fitness – agility, balance, coordination, stamina, accuracy, speed, endurance, strength and power. Your child will enjoy all of the health benefits of regular exercise and in the process reduce the amount of time spent idle, watching TV and playing video games! Instilling these habits at a young age will help children develop a direct correlation between fitness, exercise and fun, the more likely they will be prone to have a life- long passion for fitness.
Our Sparks program targets children aged four to eleven and our Game-changers program has been specifically designed for young athletes aged twelve to eighteen Sign-up now to help your child: improve their self-perception; reverse concerning health issues; create life-long habits around health and fitness; interact within a community of like-minded kids; create and refine critical life skills; and discover that fitness is fun!
Kids@Core will meet every Wednesday and Saturday beginning on Saturday, May 15:
-
Sparks Kids: Wednesday 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
-
Gamer-changer Kids: Wednesday 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Saturday 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
