Its awesome watching everyone do these WODs I cant believe WE all do this!!! Doing it is one thing but watching the pain and suffering and the mental focus to finish is unbelievable my hats off to crossfitters everywhere especially here at CORE we have the BADDEST ASS MOFO’s
