Pick a strong partner. After you have a sidekick you’ll be doing:
1 Round of Nancy
400m Run
15 OHS (95#/65#)
1 Round of Diane
21 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
21 HSPU
1 Round of Forrest
20 L-Pull-Ups
30 Toes to Bar
40 Burpees
Run 800 meters
1 Round of Collin
Carry 50 pound sandbag/kb/Plate 400 meters
12 Push Press (115#/75#)
12 Box Jumps
12 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (95#/65#)
Row 1000m at some point during the workout
*You’ll have one bar between you and your partner. If you need to scale weight, you guys will be taking plates on and off. You can put these rounds in any order you like. Have a plan before you get started. Most important, have fun and motivate your partner while you’re catching your breath.

ReplyJust like a tree falling in the forest. If nobody hears you lift the barbell, was the barbell ever lifted? Dang!!! Thats was deep.
Its workouts like these that make me miss core even more then I already do! Back pain sucks:(
