Topic 1.
We will not be having an afternoon strength class this go around. We’ll be having a 5:30 am class that starts Tuesday August 14th. Bryon will be teaching this class. It will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning at 7am. It’ll run for 8 glorious weeks. If your name is on the sign up sheet for the 5:30am class, your card we have on file will be charged $100 on Friday August 10th.
Topic 2.
Competition class will be starting Monday August 20th. This class will prepare you for this winter’s CrossFit competitions. The only class time will be 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Saturday at 9am. We’ll be on a 7 day workout schedule with 2 days being active recovery. We’ll have a list of requirements in order for you to be on the team. We’ll get that out next week.
