Core Firebreathers! Our friends at Crossfit Luke have invited us to this year’s Warrior PT challenge! The competition is set for Friday Sept. 7th from 6am until noon. Plan on hanging out with the crew for lunch afterwards. This competition is a Crossfit Style Team Battle. Teams are Coed (2 Male and 2 Female) and the fee is $15 per team. If you are interested e-mail me (adrian@corecrossfit.com) with your name, address, phone number, date of birth, Arizona driver’s license number and social security number. Because we are going on to a military base everyone must have a background check. If you already have teammates in mind, please let me know. Understand that I may have to move certain individuals to accommodate the entire team. Let’s get fired up and get ready for the first throwdown of the season!
