"The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but setting out aim too low, and achieving our mark."

Everyone seemed to enjoy the clean and jerks in yesturdays workout. It's fun to move heavy weight above your head and let it come crashing down to the floor. Jon did an excellent job with the cleans and he said something afterwards that let me know that he understood the lift. He said, "It's really all hips". That's the key to just about everything we do at Core. Once you can grasp that, everything becomes easier. Those were the best clean and jerks that I've ever seen from Jon. He made the 175# look fairly easy. Great work!
We have an O-lifting seminar in July, everyone should try and get there. You'll learn a lot of little details that'll make you a more efficient lifter. Have a wonderful day!
