    Front Squat @ 42X0, 6Reps 4Sets- Goal is to keep tempo for each squat- Add weight each round –

    Then

    4 Rounds

    10 Hang Power Snatch-Pick a light weight and move it fast

    15 Wallball (20#/15#)

    20 Sit Ups

    Rest 1 min btwn sets

    Anyone looking for a great workout should try sprints at 7am Saturday morning. My abs, hip flexors, and ribs are still on fire from this past weekend… Coughing is absolute agony!!!
