    Awesome job Derek B, that’s a lot of pull-ups to knock out on the day you learned the kip. You should feel really proud of yourself. Who’s going to be the next person to get their first kipping pull up?

    Last workout with everyone for a while!
    I’m heading off to New Zealand tonight to visit my family for 6 weeks.. I’ll be back at the very end of July. I’m going to try to keep up with as many work-outs I can off the website, and sub out other days with running etc. I’ll post and let you all know how it’s going!
