For the last two days we have spent a lot of time working on cleans, presses and the snatch. Today you are given the option and the opportunity to practice the lifts that you have been working on. Choose a method of efficiency to take the bar from the ground to overhead. Have fun with this workout I am excited to watch your performance

We can justify form and safety for competition sake. In competion, there is no tomorrow to go back and do it again. Training is different. Train hard but always train smart!
