Hey, I just wanted to drop a quick line and let you know that I was able to flip a 1000# tire on Sunday! (up from the 750# I normally do multiple times) This is huge, as it shows what type of strength CrossFit had provided me with. I know w/o CrossFit this never would have happen!
Yikes!! This entire week has looked pretty brutal. I have been resting and icing my shoulder all week so I should be good to go next week; I have been restless!
anyone have a better glute workout?
