    10 Power Clean (155#/105#)

    50 Sit-Ups

    8 Power Clean

    40 Sit-Ups

    6 Power Clean

    30 Sit-Ups

    4 Power Clean

    20 Sit-Ups

    2 Power Clean

    10 Sit-Ups

    (Don’t be afraid to scale up here if 105 or 155 is light for you.)

    Good work Doug on time and weight. The whole class did real good, all finished quick!

    the hips are done, done done, done done done done. abs are gooooood and done.
    that was fun and now done.

    Saturday rest could not have came at a better time.
    4:00 PM’thirty can’t get here soon enough.

    Crew,
    We want to set up an olympic weightlifting seminar in August. We have 2 coaches, August Schmidt and John Alvarado, who have competed nationally that are going to be teaching the class. I need to see how many of you guys are interested. It’ll be a 2 hour seminar that will cost 30$. Email me if you’re interested tom@corecrossfit.com. If we don’t get enough people to sign up, we wont have the class.
