ReplyCrew,
ReplyWe want to set up an olympic weightlifting seminar in August. We have 2 coaches, August Schmidt and John Alvarado, who have competed nationally that are going to be teaching the class. I need to see how many of you guys are interested. It’ll be a 2 hour seminar that will cost 30$. Email me if you’re interested tom@corecrossfit.com. If we don’t get enough people to sign up, we wont have the class.
