Rest 3 min then get after the next one
The 8 Front Squats should be at an honest heavy weight. So make them heavy, don’t wuss out. As soon as you finish your 8th rep immediately pick up your KB and knock out 40 swings. The KB weight is light, so move fast. These should be a lot of fun! Have a good day.
