Replymy arm is still recuperating from my stitches… but i strangely feel like i’m actually sad to be missing this workout. i probably would have run away screaming 2 months ago.
ReplyYep today will crush me, but it’s cool. All I have to do is a walk/jog with my work peeps tomorrow for Breast Cancer Strides. Not going to make it to Barbells this time so I can rest after this beast of a WOD
