    50 Burpees

    50 Double Unders

    Tell me this isn’t the best video ever!  Kyle wants this song to be Core’s theme song, I strongly agree.

    my arm is still recuperating from my stitches… but i strangely feel like i’m actually sad to be missing this workout. i probably would have run away screaming 2 months ago. :)

    Yep today will crush me, but it’s cool. All I have to do is a walk/jog with my work peeps tomorrow for Breast Cancer Strides. Not going to make it to Barbells this time so I can rest after this beast of a WOD :D
