Video-> The Knife Maker and Community

Leah,
DJeezy found that video and sent it over to me. I found it to be inspiring as well. The knife maker stumbled onto something that he was good at. I feel I stumbled upon coaching the same way. I don't like pubic speaking or being center of attention or rowing anything longer than 500m. I actually did all three yesterday. I didn't plan on making coaching my profession. I received a degree in Fire Service Management and planned on becoming a firefighter. Figured a part time job as a coach would be fun and pay for my gym membership. That's how I got started coaching.
It's a few years later and it's getting better and better. I hope all of you guys find a career you can enjoy as much as I do here at Core, you'll know when you have. It's impossible to not have fun with all of you characters!
“The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he's always doing both.”
