    Handstand Walk x 10-15 Meters
    L-Sit x Max Hold (note times)
    Unbroken Muscle-Ups x 2-6 reps

    B.
    Four sets of:
    Close-Grip Bench Press x 3-4 reps @ 20X1
    Rest 3 minutes

    C.
    Three sets of:
    Back Squat x 4-6 reps @ 20X1
    (use the same load lifted on Tuesday)
    Rest 3 minutes
