This Saturday members of our Core Competition Team will be throwing down at the Europa’s SICest of the SouthWest Competition at the Phoenix Convention Center. The event is actually a Fitness Expo and there will be a lot of events going on (Arm Wrestling, Judo, Wrestling, Power Lifting…) and there will be plenty of booths with vendors set up all over. The Crossfit Competition will start its Opening Ceremonies at 9:15, with WOD 1 at 9:30, WOD 2 at 2:15 and WOD 3 at 5:45. Competition will be fierce, a lot of the top Games Athletes will be here battling against our own Core Competitors.
