Great job on yesterday’s workout Chris L., Sarah, and Shawna. Chris has only been with us for a few weeks, he’s a beast (275# front squat). Sarah has all of a sudden gotten a little competitive. You’re a lot stronger than you think you are! I’ve been telling you for weeks and now it looks like you’re starting to believe it yourself. Shawna is one of the smallest gals in the gym but consistently moves some of the heaviest weight (150# front squat). All three of you guys put up impressive numbers, good job!

ReplyI was so nervous about the workout today, but I am so glad I didn’t bail. It was Awesome and it felt great to finish it! Thank you Adrian for keeping me on track and for telling me over and over that I would “be fine” (I must have looked terrified!)
