We realize the topic of nutrition and healthful eating can be complex and confusing – let us simplify it for you!  We are in the thick of the Holiday season and have a bunch of CrossFit competitions coming up.  What better time than now to tackle the sometimes daunting subject of ”eating for performance” both inside and outside of the gym.   Please join us for a complimentary seminar featuring The Livable Zone and learn how you can look, feel and perform better.

These “free” seminars will be held on Saturday, December 11 at 1:00 p.m. and Tuesday, December 14 at 7:00 p.m. (in leiu of Open Gym).  Sign-up sheets are located at the front desk.

I told Bryon he was bulking up. HAHAHA! Tom, Erica is probably still a little tired from the comp this weekend and just isn't thinking right. I personally think Bryon is a way better dancer and would destroy Arnold in a Glow Stick battle. A thank you

You guys gotta check out this video! When I saw it, 2 things happened. First I almost spit my paleo Monster energy drink all over the key board and then instantly thought of my boy Bryon Maxwell. I was laughing so hard I thought I would share this little nugget of greatness with Erica. She watched it and then basically told me I was a dumbass and didn’t find any humor in it.
