Tom is right: thank you to Nate and Brian for picking me up on the burpees. Also thanks to Tom for encouragement and education as I resume my start to regular classes. After I completed a month of on-ramp and was starting regular classes I suffered an injury. (Bone bruise to my elbow while playing ice hockey.) The injury was a setback but hopefully I'm back and on my way to more consistent workouts. Thanks guys!
This morning we had a race that Nate, Brian, and Nathan lost. So after the workout, they had to do some burpees for losing. Nathan was pretty trashed so Nate and Brian did his share. You guys always step in and help people out. I've seen you guys run extra 400's and do numerous burpees to help others get through their final reps or rounds. I know it means a lot to the people you've done this for, and I really appreciate you guys doing that.
