    Vacation Workout 5 – 5 min Jumping Rope, 1 mile run, then 21/15/9 of burpees, man-makers, and push ups. Time: 29:41. If you haven’t heard of man-makers, Tom, remind me to show you when I get back. They’re evil!

    Great job Felipe!!! It’s hard to keep up on your workouts by yourself and you are doing an awsome job! Stay strong and keep at it.

    Impressive stuff Felipe. Glad to hear you’re kicking up your heels while away :)

    Well I (and half my family) got a horrendous stomach bug the day after Christmas which I’ve promptly followed with a cold, so hopefully I’ll be back in the gym Wednesday or Thursday. Throwing up outside of CrossFit just isn’t as much fun, let me tell ya!

    You’re awesome Felipe! Way to stick with it while you are away. Oh, and I just looked up man-makers…yikes. Let’s please not do those anytime soon.
