-Donna M.’s comment while she watched Erica during the running seminar. We had fun watching Erica spaz out and learned some skills that should help us become better runners. We’ll do it again if you missed this one.

Run 400m

Run 400m
It’s class vs. class in this wod. The number of reps depends on how many people come to class. For each person that comes to class, the reps will be 75 wall ball, 75, push ups, 75 sit ups, and 100 air squats. So if 5 people come to class you multiply these reps by 5. Get it? As a class you’ll knock out the total amount of reps as fast as you can. We have a few more rules that apply, you’ll have to come in and find out what those are. Lets see which class is tops! The girls in the 5pm class smoked everyone in cards, lets see if Suzanne, Renee, and Stacey do it again.

ReplyErica had a ton of coffee and some baked goods. She was bouncing all over the place, it was a lot of fun to see her in action. We all had a good time. You’ll have to come down and workout with us, I had a blast the last time.
The running seminar was a lot of fun and I’m excited to practice my running now (it sounds sick for me to type that). Watching Erica and Tom battle it out during the resistance runs was a highlight

I think Felipe will be there as well as me and another friend. Supposedly the thing to do is wear a santa hat, antlers, anything Christmas-y. I mean they actually award costume prizes! I’ll definitely be a little dressed up and it should be a lot of fun!
