It’s class vs. class in this wod. The number of reps depends on how many people come to class. For each person that comes to class, the reps will be 75 wall ball, 75, push ups, 75 sit ups, and 100 air squats. So if 5 people come to class you multiply these reps by 5. Get it? As a class you’ll knock out the total amount of reps as fast as you can. We have a few more rules that apply, you’ll have to come in and find out what those are. Lets see which class is tops! The girls in the 5pm class smoked everyone in cards, lets see if Suzanne, Renee, and Stacey do it again.
